Groomoney Point Terms and Conditions

The OZ Grooming World Groomoney Point Program (Groomoney Point) is the customer loyalty program offered by OZ Grooming World.
By registering as a customer, shopping online to collect Groomoney Point, you agree that standard T&Cs will apply to you in respect of the Groomoney Point Program. These terms and conditions are important and you should read them fully. But there are some specific terms we wanted to make you aware of.
These are set out below:
- Groomoney Point will expire if you do not redeem your points for a period of 18 months.
- Groomoney Point is not refundable.
- Earn 1 Groomoney Point for $1 spent.
- Every 100 Groomoney Point equals $1.
- Minimum redemption amount is $5 (500 Groomoney Point).
- Groomoney Point might change for promotional purposes.
- Groomoney Point will be deducted for returned product paid with Groomoney Point.
- Groomoney Point is only available for online orders placed by customer on www.ozgroomingworld.com.au.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you will be limited to either the costs of re-supply or repair, or reinstating the number of points.
- OZ Grooming World reserves the right for final interpretation on T&Cs. We may change, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions or the Groomoney Point Program at any time. However, we’ll give you notice ahead of time on our website.
